كما أكدت الإحصائيات الملاحية أن حركة عبور السفن في الفترة من يوليو إلى مايو للسنة المالية 22/21 سجلت 20،079 سفينة ، بزيادة قدرها 15.4٪ مقارنة بنفس الفترة من العام الماضي ، والتي سجلت عبور 17391 سفينة. ، بزيادة 2688 سفينة.
وصلت أحمال الترانزيت في 11 شهرًا من العام المالي 21/22 إلى 207 مليون طن بزيادة قدرها 10.8٪ من 118 مليون طن مقارنة بنفس الفترة من العام المالي السابق 20/21 الذي سجل أحمال عبور بلغت مليار و 089 مليون طن.
